This is a great house. I bought the previous versions and this is version 3. A lot of the following comments are related to those previous versions, which in their own right were great houses. A friend and I did some re-texturing and remodeling of some areas. We invited Kathy to take a look at our work and it inspired her to do an update and it is AWESOME!
So, it is a great house, but you will need land that is larger than at 1024 for it to fit. I'd suggest a 1536 or bigger. Some retexturing to make it fit your style may be in order. You will have to watch for linked prims and ghost prims. It will be a labor of love because after you make a couple of tweaks for the low, low price of L$850, you will end up with one of the most amazing houses in SL. Keep in mind, the house is perfectly usable as-is. I pretty much re-texture and modify almost everything. Working with Kathy was a pleasure too. She is open and does communicate and that is great. I have bought a second Greymoon house and I'm sure I will buy more. So, in closing, it is worth the buy and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Yes, I fell in love with this house on my first day in Second Life. It was set up as a Rental lot and I visited it many times before I figured out that I could buy it!

Love this house but no customer service
I love this house but needed assistance because of the open doorway. I sent 2 NC to the owner with no reply. Due to my prim babies wandering off because of that open doorway I am unable to use the house. It is very lovely though and perfect if you have no kids.
