Groot9 Full perm Deccor 88

I bought the item because I wanted to add it to a Build, however it's actually no copy. Even though it's states FULL PERM and copy, modify. Can u please fix this item?

I received this and was very disappointed that the item is a no copy / no transfer item. I will update this review as soon as the owner makes it right.
