Group Join Sign

Want to provide an effortless way for someone to join your group? Don't want to run a bot or pay a monthly fee? Here's the solution for you!

There are two versions of the Join Group Sign, the first version is for when you are able to set objects out set to your group. The second version is for when your objects must be set to someone else's group to avoid being auto returned.

The first sign is simple and very straight forward. Basically, just set the sign to your group. Or even easier, set it to your group and then rez the sign. When someone clicks it, it will IM them a link to click on. When they click on the link, it will open a group window where they can join your group.

Simple, no scripting or notecard editing.. Takes a matter of moments to set up.

Also included is a notecard read version for those places where one has to set all their objects to someone else's group.

Instructions for the notecard version.

Set yourself to the group that you wish others to be able to join.
Rez the Group Key Finder and click on it.
Copy and paste your group key into the Group Key notecard within your sign.
Click the sign to test it out.
