The item is funny enough, but it does not offer modify permission.
Take a closer look at the contents description, where it says: transfer only..
The buggy suggestion to "buy" the item followed by the paradox response "item is not for sale" can't be permanently disabled. Once rezzed this bug can be disabled by toggling the for-sale option. But everytime it is taken and rezzed again it will show this bug that we can do well without.
