exactly what you'd probably expect, this is the bare minimum to qualify as a building, but it's not without it's charms. sure the windows that you see outside are not matched inside but who wants to see them anyway? those quirky doors have to be rezzed seperately with their own hinges, but they proudly announce your arrival to all, and your departure.
really though, this seems like an excercise in mesh optimisation, and it's going well. i like the inner-outer shell approach and it has good details on the outside. i look forward to seeing more builds along this line, and until then, i still have a good building for scenery with low land impact.
