Fire
The HD Fire will spread with up to 10 child fires.
It can be set to be only extinguishable by Water, Foam or Powder to simulate different Classes.
The smoke changes from a rich black color towards white when it gets extinguished.
Once extinguished the fire has the option for lingering smoke which can be cleared with the PPV Fans from the HD Apparatus Fleet.
Difficulty settings allow to adjust the time it takes to fight the fire. The new Fire Update from August 2022 adds a Location Setting, Hotspots, Damage API and Score API.
Hydrant
A HD Supply Line can be used to connect the Hydrant to a pump panel and establish a flow of water.
Each hydrant can be configured to supply a flow of water between 500 and 2000 gallons per minute.
You can crash into the hydrant with any vehicle and knock it over to see a water fountain shoot into the sky. The hydrant has been updated to Mesh and now features a good selection of customization options. This hydrant is compatible only with HDFS2.
Dry Hydrant
You can use an HD Suction Hose to draft water from the dry hydrant. This is only compatible with HDFS2 Apparatus.
Foam Cabinet & Foam Jugs
The Foam Cabinet and Foam Jug Sources can be placed in Fire Stations and are used to restock the amount of foam agent on the HD Apparatus.
SCBA Station
The SCBA Station will refill the HD NextGen SCBA as well as the spare SCBA bottles carried by HD Apparatus.
Extinguisher Refill Station
The Refill Station can be used to refill the compatible HD Mesh Fire Extinguishers. It works universally for Class A,B and C extinguishers.
Extinguisher Wall Mount
This allows the HD Mesh Fire Extinguisher to be mounted to a wall for easy access in case of a fire nearby.
Hose Dispensers
Hose Rolls for HD Attack Line and the HD Supply Line will hand out the respective hoses via the HD Gear HUD.
One segment of Suction Hose is also included, which will distribute the HD Suction Hose.
Refill Pipes
The Refill Pipes can be used to refill the water and foam tanks via the roof access hatches on your HD Titanium ARFF Trucks.
They are also compatible with the HD Tanker 1.
Powder Buckets
You can grab one of the buckets to refill the powder tank of your compatible HD Titanium ARFF trucks.

As real as it gets and good as it gets!
I've been using this fire system for several years now, and it just keeps getting better with each update.
The HD Fire System, along with the various HD fire vehicles and tools, such as the portable pump and skid mounted pump, are 'as real as it gets and as good as it gets' in Second Life.
With over 20 years in the real world fire service for a perspective, I can honestly say, despite the limits that the virtual world imposes that can't be overcome... THIS system, gets you about as close as you can get without becoming a real world firefighter, in terms of realistic operation, and 'fairly approximated' fire behavior, given SL's programming limitations.
Lares is very responsive, and goes out of his way to test everything before he makes it available for sale, so you WILL be very satisfied with any purchase you make at HD Emergency.
DO read the manuals that come with each HD item. The URLs to them are in a notecard with the product you buy, and they really WILL educate you on how to get the most out of your vehicle or piece of equipment. (Including this free fire system and accessory box!!)
Have fun getting your taste of the fire service, via Second Life roleplay interaction!! It's a lot of firefighting fun, without any of the dirt and soot and nasty smoke and heat and danger and exhausting hard work.
Great starter kit
That Kit is very complete, and we can learn how it works with basic items.
It is mayn more advanced items, but you already can make it all work basically with what is in this one. For more advanced use, sadly you will have to buy more, but believe me, it worth it
Blown Away! Amazing product!
Just when I thought I've seen everything in SL, this really completes the additions of HD Emergency products to my City RP build. If you have experience RL in public service, you'll appreciate the accuracy of this kit and the HD2FS operation!
I thought I'd put it to the test by using my RL experience (and not reading HD Emergency's documentation). I was able to respond, get my HD Emergency Pumper on scene and "into pump", extinguish the blaze, return to service, and refill water/foam/fuel etc.
Last but not least, is the customer service. I've not had to contact HD (Lares) for any quality issues, but just normal correspondence regarding program sign-up's etc. Lares is very responsive and clearly has a true interest in the end-users. Thanks HD Emergency!
Great for getting started...
This is an excellent system. I got it for my airfield and just because we like to burn our house down before we replace it with a new one. The only caveat is that some of the equipment requires the HD2FS Gear Hud which is not included (or at lest I never found it in my inventory.) I looked for that Hud on the MP and the in-world store but couldn't find it. I eventually got one from a friends fire truck.
We fight fires and have hot dog and marshmallow roasts quite often now. ;-P

The level of detail and thought that went into this is just insane. (Like with the Vehicles!)
The HD system works great for me and I have all my EMS/FD RP needs covered. :)
