BLEND or MASK?
BLEND mode provides maximum texture quality, but may conflict visually with other sheer items. MASK mode does not allow sheer-leveling, degrades the quality & shimmers from a distance, but it does not conflict with other sheer items. This is a known SL limitation.

Since sheer Alpha Mask layers are not possible, sheer-leveling when using the Alpha Mask layer will show a hole in your body. Try to a) take off the Alpha Mask layer and b) find a size that fully covers your classic body (or change your shape accordingly).
GENERAL
For fit/visual issues, try any or all of the following:
• take off any body Physics
• only use MASK mode (make sure sheer-leveling is turned off)
• when using BLEND mode or Sheer leveling, hide/take off or set to mask other sheer items
• use your mesh body's Alpha HUD or the included Alpha Mask layer and turn off sheer-leveling
• make shape adjustments to the offending spots of your body

First click the skirt image at the top of the HUD.
Endless tinting is achieved via either the color palette (hue & saturation) and the vertical slider (brightness), or any of the 17 preset basic web colors, or any of the colors you have already saved in the Saved Colors swatches. The Current Color preview swatch also works as a colorization button. To reset the active part to its original tint, click on the Reset button located right below the vertical slider.
The Sheer slider offers 15 levels of sheerness (use it with BLEND mode only - set it all the way to the left to turn it off).
The Glow slider offers 15 levels of glowing (set it all the way to the left to turn it off).
Show/Hide & Fullbright work as On/Off switches, turning green when On and red when Off.
NOTE: Fullbright degrades the texture quality and mutes the materials!
ADVANCED SETTINGS
The Blend and Mask options change the alpha mode. Useful for SL's infamous "sheer-on-sheer" issue. Blend is the default (NOTE: Mask mode works ONLY when sheer-leveling is turned off).
The Gloss, Bright and Reflect sliders control the item's shininess They need ALM enabled in the viewer Preferences.
The Gloss slider controls the amount of the shininess, while the Bright slider controls its intensity. The Reflect slider controls the environment reflectivity on the garment, though SL does not support true reflections yet. These effects are more profound with darker colors, high graphics settings in the viewer and at least 2 light sources in the scene (try them with the included HEC body lights, which is a separate box).

This is a Materials Enabled, 100% mesh item. It looks best with ALM enabled in the Graphics preferences of your viewer.
