Complete house with custom built terrain including a cave with swimming pool & waterfall.
Re-texture and colour most parts like the interiour and exteriour of the house. The climbing ivy can also be changed with different colours of flowers, without flowers, withered winter or completely hidden.
For display at the HEIMA sim, a texture demo is also available.
Animated foliage, wall lamps, fireplaces and terrain included.

Stunning is all I can say. Winter's 1st tree house was wonderful. This next one is also wonderful with amazing additions such as the undergound cave. And very easy to navigate. I can't praise this enough!
