There is A LOT that makes this not usable. It looks great in world. But when you actually get it home to use it, you realized all the things that stand in the way of enjoying it. It doesn't have physics built into it, or if it does, not completely. There are a number of layers of invisible elements to keep you walking through things. With how this is made, and the fact that you cannot easily retexture it, it is just not able to be used. When you go to retexture the inside parts of it spill to the outside. It's clear this is using a map, but when you're demoing at the store and no texture information populates into the edit window this is not so clear. This could be priced around 500L with the way it's made. That would be a fair price for how this is currently compared to more modern builds. As it's not something I'll ever use, I do regret this purchase and wish I never made it.

No camera trouble thanks to the high ceiling!

I'm a bit of a collector when it comes to mesh houses and skyboxes. I've bought many beautiful homes with terribly small rooms and low ceilings, which always cause camera issues in a 3rd person view. I know that I can change my camera position, but I happen to like the default settings. This beautiful cottage has a very high ceiling and still looks realistically proportioned.

Even the small upstairs bedroom is easily navigable thanks to the pitched roof. The built-in kitchen and fireplace look fittingly rustic, and the window bench seats enough people for most social occasions. Highly recommended. The only downside is that the entire ground floor is one large room, but it's easy enough to add an additional wall or use room dividers to partition off a bathroom, home office or the like.

Just about perfect

My only complaint is that the fireplace sound is way too loud, but it was easy to replace.

Everything else is great, highly recommend this house & the snow addition.

Charming

Spacious, delightfully cheerful and not at all like so make dark cottages. I hesitated about the cartoon flowers in the window box and the non-animated kitchen. The window seat has lame animations. At this point, creators should be using nop notch animations in their builds. A simple cooking animtions, a decent varietyof sits and lays in the window seat would have made this cottage outstanding. Texture change is necessary, this cottage should be updated to include these things. Being stuck with pink and blue gingham (window seat) is a bit challenging. And I agree with others, the fireplace is misplaced. Not only for furniture arrangement, but techincally heating up a kitchen that has a wood burning stove doesn't make sense. Now with all that said, this is one of my favourite homes, the place that just make me smile. I added my own animations for the kitchen and window seat which helped. Love the charm, the fantasy and old world charm without the darkness and tiny windows of most cottages. Well worthing having, but an update would make this outstanding.
