Uses the new Advanced Lighting Model systen. All textures are Normal Mapped and have specular maps applied to them.
Unfurnished. Included is a Tile Stove and outdoor wall lamps. The stairs inside also comes with a small cabinet storage with openable doors.
2. House Functions:
Included is a texture and color changing system that lets you choose between many premade textures for both the outdoor and indoor look. Each independent part such as the roof, gutter, facade, kitchen floor, 1st floor ceiling, stair steps etc all have their own textures which gives you great modification options to make it look like you want. Every single texture can also be tinted to any color or made darker.
WINDOW BLINDS: Turn the blinds on or off.
Uses a Rez Box system!

Gorgeous Home - spacious & cozy
This house is lovely, modifiable & very low prim for all the details. The textures are gorgeous. I like the more realistic scale than many SL houses have too. I was so tired of the doorknobs coming to my chest on my last house & making me look like a midget.
I changed the bathroom into a 2nd bedroom & added a wall with a doorway to turn the upstairs alcove into a bathroom - perfect for the LAQ bathroom set.

I absolutely love this house. So much space, the layout is fantastic too and the fact that it's utterly customizable with just a single click? Perfect!
I second the request for a snowy roof add on or general snowy add on, maybe a few christmassy string lights, too!

I love this house. I live in scandinavia, and this house looks just like the houses we have in older villa parts of town. Maybe a little more modern with the little triangle window on the top floor, but otherwise spot on. It is wonderful how I am allowed to customize everything to my taste, even the roof tiles! I think this has to be my favorite piece so far closely followed by the picturesque cottage. Keep this up! By the way, I'd love a snowy roof ad-on for my Scandinavian Villa for xmas, *hint hint*!
