Included is a 3 seat sofa, armchairs and a coffee table. Everything is mesh.
The 3 seat sofa is 3 prims. Armchairs 3 (blanket version) & 2 (regular version). Coffee Table is 2 prims.
Everything together with 2 armchairs is 9 prims.
10 different colors for the sofa.
8 different pillow texture schemes
7 different blanket textures
8 different wood colors for the coffee table.
All textures except for the sofa & armchairs can be directly changed via a menu.
A total of 44 animations for both male & females. 9 different couple poses such as hugging and kissing.
The 3 seat sofa works for 3 different persons at the same time.

Very Nice
Looks lovely in my town home and low prim to boot! But like the last reviewer said, the fire sound loop is super loud. I had to change out and put in my own loop script since script in this in no mod. Other than that, this is still worth getting.
Needs a Volume menu to adjust Volume of fireplace
This is a lovely build fireplace but needs a volume control put in it as its a low tone sound fireplace and can be herd clearly at 100m away, overall great product just could use that extra option :)
