Depending on your point of view, this is either a boring old wall socket or one half of the best designed mains electrical socket system in the world - the other half being the mighty UK plug.
So take solace in the thought that by fitting this device in your cherished SL domicile that you're making electrical fires far less likely. Also, there's no risk of accidental electrocutions, thanks to the Brit shuttered system that prevents people from pushing paper clips into the socket - though, possibly, a brief burst of 240 volts might significantly speed up your learning if you happen to consider shoving paper clips into wall sockets a good idea. And yes, 240v: none of that namby-pamby 110v nonsense.
Each individual socket has a land impact of 1, though two can be linked together and the LI will remain at 1. As with all mesh items, if you make these bigger then land impact might increase.
The sockets are COPY, MOD, NO TRANSFER.
Bad LOD
Shame, looks good but the LOD makes it unusable. I walk away a metre or two and it's gone, so it can hardly be used to make a room feel more realistic when it can't be seen unless you put your face right into it.
