A Retextured Aley Build
The is just one of a number of venerable Aley Hobo-type freebies in retextured form that are sold by this vendor. If you look around SL for Aley / Hobo items you can get a Full Perm version with its original texturing, which looks just like this but in a lighter shade. The big advantage to it is that like all Aley builds, it is thoughtful and you get more than you might expect. The table & chairs all together add up to only 1 LI and there is a multi-sit script where you can fill multiple chairs with multiple avies as indicated by the picture.
Don't be fooled by the box it comes in (as I nearly did). It's an amazingly elaborate 15-prim build that looks like the world's fanciest vendor but that's just all it is, and you open just like any more usual 1-prim box.
