Great Tiki house with islands and bungalows
on this structure you have 3 bungalows one is a bedroom,second a living room and one with a jacuzzi,all connected by decks and islands ewith rocks ,plants and palm trees in the middle there is another deck with loungers,table and chairs,the bamboo fountains on the water and islands gives a charmy touch to it.
the bed (123 positions)has a rezzer for blankets,1 is to sleep and a chair for some of the animations on the bed,just touch a small panel on the back for the menu
2 drink givers,jacuzzi with 53 positions

Perfect for my tropical land. I replaced some of the furniture with my own. Love it.

First off the reviews here are 5 years old, so things may have changed with the owner. Not sure where the 55% off came from, I did pay the $2800, then went online and she was selling it for $1600 there. I had a problem with the hot tub not working, and she has never responded to my IM. If you decide on this make sure you buy it inworld.

absolutely excellent build. We have some of her husbands builds and decided to get this one of Bee's for above our sim... it went inside of a large short water dome and was a perfect fit and looked like it should. Very impressed... when does she or her husband not do an above average build at an excellent price!! Well worth the Lindens :))) For all the items you get it is not imo prim heavy it is really super reasonable.. i have seen far worse using more prims this is minimum prims at an excellent value :) Anything tropical we will buy from Bee in the future :))

FANTASTIC BUILD... Great eye for detail. Everything made to perfection. House has three bungalows... a bedroom, living room, jacuzzi and deck with rocks, plants, palms, loungers, tables and chairs - so reasonably priced too. The walkway is beautifully made too, which leads from one bungalow to the next. Bee threw in a Skybox and water for me too. THANK YOU Bee & Marcelo - guess whom I shall be buying all my housing from in future? Everything of the best for the new year... You both deserve it.

Just Perfect
As usual, Bee has gone and done it again, another perfect little house for singles or couples, the tree`s and wildlife look so real, I just love this house, 10 stars if I could :)
