My only reason i give this 4 stars is that the wire skirt automatically attaches to the hand. Once attached to the spine and maneuvered a bit it it fit my waist perfect. The overall details is AMAZING!! Plus the hat shoots out these orange rain sparkles that are absolutely beautifully done. I got so many complements on it too. Thank you for a great priced high quality item!!
