Halo of the Sun tattoo from the Silent Hill games. It's completely tintable (white) and comes with instructions on how to tint it. Comes on the tattoo layer only.
It may look low resolution but you try working with that few pixels on such a warped mesh (base avatar). It generally looks better on female avatars as male avatars are bigger and warp the image more.
