An excellent quality sculpted WEATHER BUOY with many realistic features: Flashing light, spinning wind gauge, bell sound,very slow angled turning motion, occasional sea-spray, nice textures... all that and only 8 prims!
You can see this product in-world at the end of the pier at e-brink's Sunset Beach Arts - and also more of my quality work. It's one of the most natural and pleasant sims on SL.

It's pretty, but it's no mod, & it's HUGE! A re-size script or mod rights would make this usable, for me (& I bought it to hang a different-than-included, modded life buoy from so that's not gonna work, either...sigh)
