I wasn't quite sure about purchasing a home without a demo but I got in contact with the creator and she was extremely helpful. Within a short amount of time she contacted me and came to my land and rezzed the home for me. IT is very beautiful inside and out and has ALOT of space for it being a one bedroom house. You get a dining room, kitchen, living, upstairs den area, bathroom, and bedroom. Plus two porch areas! WAY more space than I thought I would need.
