The Color Changing Prim System allows you to control the color of multiple prims with the touch of a button.
It can be used for signs, or neon, or any object you wish to be able to change the color of.
It also has "random" and "cycle" modes that will cycle through the colors, or display them in a random order.
You can define your own colors by changing the notecard contained in the color controller.
Usage Instructions
---------------------
The Color Changing Prim System contains 2 scripts. A "listener" script, and a "controller" script. The listener script goes into the inventory of any Prim who's color you wish to change. The controller script goes into a single prim which you wish to use as a control panel.
The Color Changing Prim System also contains a notecard named ".colors". This notecard contains the names, and numbers of the colors you wish to choose from. You can have up to 10 colors. (The contents of this notecard will be explained in the product instructions.)
The .colors notecard goes into the inventory of your control panel.
To change the color of the prims that contain the listener script, simply touch the controller. It will give you a list of the colors from the .colors notecard. Click the color you want, and the prims will all change to that color.
if you wish to cycle through the colors, or display random colors, click the "cycle" or "random" buttons.
