This Necklace has a short chain with a open heart pendant and in the center of the heart is a heart shaped diamond and wings on each side of the heart near the top.
The necklace sits nice just at the neckline, you may have to put into edit to bring it down a bit or raise it up a bit depending on the height of your avatar.

Click "Add" on package in your inventory, DO NOT REZ, Has an auto unpack script that deletes the package after it unpacks to your inventory.

Not all Avatars are the same size in SL, you may have to edit your necklace to bring it down a bit or raise it up a bit depending on the height of your avatar.
