to use the life vest:

klick on the yellow handle and the life vest will inflate. To release the air just klick on the red pipe.

to use the parachute:

just jump and the parachute will open automatically between 300 m and 100 m over ground. by landing the parachute will close automatically. If you want to open it manually, just type during your falling in open chat "pull" (without quotation marks). To close the parachute manually, type in open chat "close" (without quotation marks).
