Advanced Scripted Helipad System v3.0 with Remote Control - Shuttle not included
Click "Download Instructions" at bottom to receive a detailed PDF for the system!
GENERAL INFO
This advanced scripted helipad system includes a framed helicopter landing pad (helipad), a Remote Control (RC), & a detailed manual. All items are copyable. The Remote Control (RC) is also transferable so you can give out copies to your friends/staff members
Each helipad (pad) includes four simulated lights that can be turned on, off, or can be commanded to flash on & off. Since the lights are simulated via texture changes, each pad only requires 1 prim for the pad and 1 prim for its frame. If you are low on prims, you can unlink the frame & throw it away
FEATURES
Operate the pads via a local menu system, chat commands, or via the Remote Control (RC)
Set via menu each pad's size & thickness
Set via menu each pad to show either 1 or 4 pads on its surface
Can use the pad with/without its frame
Locally or remotely set each pad for Owner only or Anyone mode
Locally or remotely set helipad "lights" to on, off , or flashing
Locally or remotely make helipad invisible (hide) or visible
Give each of your pads a name like West Helipad, Shuttlepad 2, Pad 3, etc
RC can be anywhere in the region
RC can be used as a HUD or use its script in your own build
Each RC can individually control 12 pads by name
Add more RCs & pads as needed - just change channel
Each RC can be placed in Owner only or Anyone mode
RC can notify you of any change made to any pad
RC can request & show the status of all pads
RC can request & show the x,y,z positions of all pads
Pads can auto-configure a frame around itself (useful if you previously discarded the frame)
Can manually texture the pad frames as desired & set their shine, glow, & full bright
Can limit control of the pads to staff members
Includes a detailed manual

You can also control the main functions of your pads via chat. You have to be within a 20 m range of your pad. All pads within range will respond. You can extend the range to 100 m by "shouting".
With chat commands you can:
1) Turn the pad lights on, off, or set them to flash
2) Hide or make the pad visible
3) *Ask pad to send its status to the RC (same as if the RC had requested pad status)
4) *Ask pad to send its position to the RC (same as if the RC had requested it)
5) Can set the pad to Owner only or to Anyone mode (pad only listens to the Owner for these 2 commands)
6) Request a help note card
*If you are the owner & have set up the RC properly, you will receive the status or position data
4.0 STAFF OPERATION
If you want only certain people to operate the pads and not just anyone, then you can set each pad to "Owner Only" mode and then provide a copy of the RC (set to Anyone mode) to your staff members. They can then use their RC to control most aspects of the helipads. Set the RCs to NO-COPY, NO-TRANSFER before you give them out
