Rigged Mesh is NOT modify, you CAN NOT resize it not even using scripts, it is connected to the invisible skeleton of your avatar, using the same joints that are used for animation and poses. So now because of this, your item will move with you. This is exciting stuff, but it does have its limits, and that is sizing. You will also find that rigged Mesh items cannot always be worn overlapping others, due to size restrictions, so again please be sure to always try the Demos provided.
Heroes Art has provided Demos for items in question. The only way you will be able to fit the item to your body - if it does not fit by default - is to make hopefully, minor changes to your shape.
The mesh will alter to your main bone structure, such as height, torso length and body thickness. So if you move those, the mesh will just move with you. So for example if you are a short avatar or extremely tall, you will not have to worry about the item being long enough.
