Hexagon SciFi Metal Textures Pack

Kinda misleading preview image unless you're okay with absolutely strictly REQUIRING to use the normals and speculars. I've worked with many, many, many 3D textures, and ALL of them were still usable with just the diffuse. Not so much here, though. Especially for the purple one from the preview image, which was the one I actually bought the thing for. Very displeased. But worse than that is the perms (more on that below).

First star obligatory. Second star for the fact that they DO at least look good if you DO use the normals and speculars. Third star because my failure to notice that it clearly says no-transfer in the listing is my own dumbass fault.

However, my own fault or not, that does still render this absolutely useless. Imagine selling personal-use-only builders textures. That is frigged. Which is why I didn't think to look at the perms in the first place, because who does that? Although, maybe now that I've asked that, I'll start noticing more of these cropping up all over that I never saw before. Who knows? At any rate, though, it would be one thing if they sold a full perm version and then a separate personal-use-only version for a discount, with some indication on one of the existence of the other. I could understand that. But that doesn't appear to be the case here.
