A full perm, full featured script for doors. The only limitation is that it will only work for doors which hinge on the z-axis, which is almost all doors.

Jan 2017, added customizable chat commands (any channel) to open/close the door.
There are options for setting hinge side, swing direction, degrees to open, auto-close, auto-close time, and speed of the swing. Using this script, your door will open and close smoothly, not with a snap.
This is one of the few door scripts you'll find that works with a single-prim door. It will also work in a door that's a link-child of a larger structure.
There are also algorithms in the script to correct for "creep" (the small rounding errors that accumulate with LSL floats over time).
A second script is also included which can be placed in your door to make open-close sounds.
(A review says this script isn't full perm, but it absolutely is. Just look at the properties on the "Contents" tab.)

Full disclosure: This is my (KyleFlynn's) alt/test avatar. I'm writing to reply to Mikka001's review. This script is ABSOLUTELY full-perm. Just look at the permissions under the Content tab on MarketPlace. It clearly says Copy, Modify, Transfer.
Furthermore, he made no attempt to reach out to me. I tried reaching out to him, but didn't get a response (even though he showed "online"). To solve the Z-axis rotation problem, you can simply rotate the door, and swing it anyway you want. Alternatively I would have gladly given him other scripts that'll swing-on-an-edge on any axis you want (and still would, if he asked).
So, maybe he had a bad day, and I just got in the way. I've got no idea.

The scripts works great even on linked prims and super easy to change parameters!
Ummm I dunno...
The scrip all in all is amazing, but when I change the side the door opens on, it moves forward to open. Not sure if I'm not changing it right or it just doesn't transfer well, but not sure who I need to contact to figure that out for sure. So if it's me this is amazing and if it's not then it only works one way
