Structure, windows, door and ceiling lights amount to a land impact of only 9, so there will be plenty left to decorate the place.
The footprint is exactly 10x10 m, the ceiling height is 4 m, the overall height 5 m. The ceiling window in the back makes it look more spacious.
Due to the compact, even size and the low land impact, you could line a few of these up. This would make for a nice row of tiny shops, for example.
Baked lighting makes for a nice sunlit floor, as well as light cones on the walls. Should you prefer more neutral textures, because your Viewer will give you realtime shadows, you can rez the "Ambient Occlusion only" version. If you want to alter the textures, you can do so - they ship with the house, full perm.
The front door will not swing, but slide open, and therefore not hinder anyone or anything on the in- or outside. The used script is delivered full perm. If you prefer your house without a door, simply unlink and delete it.
Customization can be done due to the modify permissions, however I don't think there is too much to modify. You could tint or re-texture, but I doubt that would look too good. What would work is to resize the house as a whole, but remember that resizing mesh will also change its land impact.
As with all my products, the way this house will look at a huge distance (or with lowest graphic settings) will differ just slightly from the regular appearance.

Just what I needed.
Simple, low prim, mod/copy. I'm using these as privacy booths in a small sandbox, so low prim was key. The one critique i would say is the scripts in the doors are no-copy, so you can't just drag out a new copy from the existing rezzed item. With that said, you can just as easily drag a new copy from your inventory; it just takes a little longer to line things up if you need to.

My 'thinking room'
I bought this lovely building to fit on a small parcel of land - a 'thinking room', to get away from it all. It is surprisingly spacious, has a wonderful calm feel to it and is perfect for my needs. And the creator was kind enough to get in touch to make sure I was happy with it, a level of customer service uncommon in our virtual world!
