Hito Mesh House / Studio / Skybox Version 1.1

A simple, yet beautiful little house made from 100% mesh. Its sleek and modern architecture opens up a lot of possible uses: from art gallery, studio, office, micro shop to whatever you can come up with.

Structure, windows, door and ceiling lights amount to a land impact of only 9, so there will be plenty left to decorate the place.

The footprint is exactly 10x10 m, the ceiling height is 4 m, the overall height 5 m. The ceiling window in the back makes it look more spacious.

Due to the compact, even size and the low land impact, you could line a few of these up. This would make for a nice row of tiny shops, for example.

Baked lighting makes for a nice sunlit floor, as well as light cones on the walls. Should you prefer more neutral textures, because your Viewer will give you realtime shadows, you can rez the "Ambient Occlusion only" version. If you want to alter the textures, you can do so - they ship with the house, full perm.

The front door will not swing, but slide open, and therefore not hinder anyone or anything on the in- or outside. The used script is delivered full perm. If you prefer your house without a door, simply unlink and delete it.

Customization can be done due to the modify permissions, however I don't think there is too much to modify. You could tint or re-texture, but I doubt that would look too good. What would work is to resize the house as a whole, but remember that resizing mesh will also change its land impact.

As with all my products, the way this house will look at a huge distance (or with lowest graphic settings) will differ just slightly from the regular appearance.
