Hollywell Manor comes with and with out snow roof.
it is a 2 story house 12 X 14 meters with 89 prim on the normal and 92 with the snow.
This house is copy and mod.
FURNITURE NOT INCLUDED
Some houses will have PBR textures.
All my houses are plain and simple builds, There made to be decorated to the fullest.
You can change walls, colors how ever you want. feel free to experiment as there copy and you can always rez another copy.

Adorable house and easy to modify if you want different textures. The creator is a sweetheart and notified me of an update as soon as the house was delivered! Great customer service <3
