And now for a treehouse of a different sort...!

Inspired by a concoction of certain adventure games, real-life structures and the desire to play with steam-punk attributes, it seems as though when you mix them together, you get something like this!

I wanted to create a treehouse that stuck out from the other treehouses on the market. I wanted it to be versatile, original, and beautiful. I also wanted to integrate different 'materials' into my builds that I have not yet incorporated. I feel that this treehouse is a work of functional art just as much as it is an actual house: A place of peace and tranquility. Somewhere where you can go to have tea with your friend, do a bit of romancing or just have a little bit of quiet time. Indeed, I've found myself sitting in this build just because I enjoy sitting in it. And hopefully, you will too.

The beauty about this structure is that it's bed and clock is basically a part of the house's overall design: No need to scramble around, looking for suitable furniture here! I have also created several other pieces of furniture (all the chairs have sitting positions, too!) and several other household accessories (candles, tables, goblets, etc) themed and textured like the rest of the build so that you can also customize the exact look of your home.

There are also several decorative features that accent the design of this treehouse: moving parts, sculpted prims, flexi prims, and windlight effects all contribute to the overall beauty of this build.

As I had said before, this is indeed a fully functional home: The door is touch open/close, the windows are tintable (see the switch by the back window!), and the clock just outside actually functions! This build is also quite fitting for RolePlay environments: Fantasy, Steam-Punk, Sci-Fi, or anything in between. Use your imagination!

Oh... and did I mention that this house is fully moddable as well? Want to cut down some of the prims? Go ahead. Want to add more shiny things? Sure! Want to add even more impressive scripts than what I am capable of scrounging up? Awesome! :D You can completely modify this build to your own personal needs.

Set includes a Furnished version of the house (as it looks like in the preview images), an Un-Furnished version of the house, and separate copies of every single loose accessory and piece of furniture (excluding the attached bed, as it is part of the house) in the house for you to play with!

Size: It fits very nicely on a 1024 plot. You could probably fit it on a 512 if you removed a few prims.
