I'm too dumb for BOM, but customer service helped me out. :)
I had some issues originally trying to apply the tattoo, but eventually I got it resolved with the help of the customer service manager and the owner. I just got the Belleza Jake BOM body, and couldn't get the BOM tattoo layer or the Omega applier to work, so I sent a notecard to the manager who had to get the owner to help. Turns out, I had to click both TATT/TATT buttons on the Omega hud for it to show up on my BOM skin (I thought the left side was for women only, cause it says 'BRA' on that side. lol) Oh, and I had to use the 'Omega System Installer - Belleza' too. Thanks for the help and the product. :)
