and a m/c - Modifiable and copyable version

If you rez or attach the letter it gently floats up and down and on touch displays a message you can define in the notecard in its contents.

* You can define what it says by configuring the config notecard.
* Decide if the howler shouts or says its message
* You can add line breaks and paragraphs to your posts (To see how to do that check the commentary in the config or the read me)
* You can split long messages into several posts (To see how to do that check the commentary in the config or the read me) and define how much time delay to put between these posts

If you do not want to send your transfer version away or already did and can't any more, you can still use your own version to send the message, because it is send in local chat. Just be a nice RP partner and make sure they are okay with it first. ;)
