Creepy House of Horror, unfurnished version.
Size 28M X 23M X 20M High, land impact is 108 prims.
House with two floors, wall candles, animated bats, cobwebs, scripted doors and ghosts are included in this version.
The forest surround is included and is 1 prim.
Looks awesome with sun position set to midnight.
The House has modify rights so you can change textures or build to whatever you like.
Ashes to Ashes has been around some time now, besides what you see on my mp I also do a lot of custom work at very reasonable rates.
