Textured in modern colours, this house comprise two blaconies on the top level, at the front and rear of the building.
Teleporters are used to get from one level to the other.
The windows are adjustable blinds, Fully open, Half open and Fully closed, but please note they are not remote operated. They are touch operated. The reason I did this is that depending on the layout you decide for your home you may wish to have some windows open, half open or perhaps fully closed. So, touch to adjust each window as you wish.
The house is Mod and Copy but not resell/tranfer, so you could if you wanted add your own remote system.
