A simple skybox-type house or shop platform. Comes with a grass texture but is fully modifiable (full permissioins).
The size is 60x60 m. It will fit a 4096 parcel of land depending on the shape of the parcel but can be modified to fit any shape. A building will have to be no more than 3600 sq. m total and no larger than 60x60 per side.
If you need help fitting this to your land please send Atheria Bakerly a note card or IM. I or Adumbral will be more than happy to help you place this. If you don't hear from us after 24 hours send another message. Notecards get to me for sure. IM's sometimes get capped.
