House

I love my house but it won't rez correctly now. :( I'm sad.

I absolutely loved this house! At the price, I was determined that it should be mine. Yes, I knew it would fit my lot but it proved to be a tight fight. If suggestions were being taken, I would give a few to help with modifications. I wanted to move the pool from the back of my house to the side because it fit better that way. There is a wall at the top of the stairs that closed the place off nicely, but I removed it to make it look spacier. No bathroom in the master bedroom? Couldn't have that so one of the bedrooms were converted. My biggest concern when I got the house was the prim count. I looked and it said 342 prims. When I rezzed the place, it was 461 prims!!! This must be because the partially furnished home, add the extra prims for that furniture. I wouldn't trade it for another. Want to consider another but, but I'm afraid the size and prims would kill me.

I essentially bought the house just to rez it and see it. The photos looks great, the reviews on the other products by this store were great, and the price was amazing. I rezzed it and I am in love with it and will definitely be saving up to get the other house that i really wanted but couldn't afford yet.
I am a very tall avatar so the only problem I have is that my camera goes crazy and I see walls every other second, but if I zoom in a bit it isn't a problem. 5 bedrooms on the second floor....a sixth on the first floor and a fully furnished bathroom just off the living room. The common areas are fully furnished and the furnishings go very well together. The pool is lovely. The garage is quite spacious, and has a door that takes you into the dining room. I love the house. I wish the kitchen was interactive...I may rez my own kitchen that matches but I may just leave it alone. I wish the attic was finished but I don't think that was meant to be used. Since I have building experience I'm going to just edit that and make it into a lounge and kid play area. That's how homes work though right? You buy it because it meets your needs and you can afford it, then you spend time renovating it and making it your own. I love this house, and it is basically a steal at this price. I got it at 499Ls, TOTAL BARGAIN!
Don't even think about it, if you need a home that is family friendly and good on prims (oh my god is it amazing on prims) then you need this house in your life. BUY IT!

It's great, but it should say PARTIALLY furnished. The entryway, living-room, dining-room and kitchen are the only rooms that are furnished. It doesn't have a deck/patio, and the pool is a little bit too shallow for my liking, but a little tweak to the house and it's fine. There should be a pathway from the side of the house to out in back of the house. I made it into a three bedroom, two bath house with a little modification. I liked the fact that all of the bedrooms were upstairs, so the room downstairs could've been an office or an art room or play room for the kids. Sad that there's no attic space to use, but I probably wouldn't have used it anyways. For the price you're paying, the L$499, it's totally worth every penny.

I actually had a renter ask me for the "American dream, a house with a white picket fence" This place is amazing!
