It has a sculptie sculptie hull with 2 rooms above decks and 2 floors within hull.
There are many scripted items besides the usual sit-balls and doors.

The Houseboat comes in an easy to use "Rez Box". This is because it is build with a number of unattached parts, and would be difficult to move or rotate in its final form.
