1- Drag yacht on the sea.
2- if you want drive , please sit to center of ' Steering Wheel '
3- 6 gears + - 1 reverse -
4- page up + page down - for gears
5- cruise mode always automatic - press to arrow buttons on keyboard for cruise -
6- if you need more speed , press and leave your finger , and again do it !
Cruise Mode ---> When you press to arrow buttons, it will go softly... More Press --> More Speed

Wonderful!
Needed something simple but not shabby. Lots of houseboats out there and I have some of them which are nice but they use old pose animations and scripts. Some when you try to mod go bonkers on you even though they are mod. So far I have yet to have had any problems with BBXs boats in modding so we shall see how it goes with this one.
Very nice houseboat!
Let me start off by saying that I haven't tried to cross sims with this houseboat, so I can't speak to that. But I have purchased many other BBX yachts before (Taty, Queen, Ven, etc.) and I've had no issue there. As I haven't tested the sim crossing ability, my five stars comes from the houseboat as a mostly static dwelling, which I'm loving! I took out the furniture and their shadows and the houseboat has a land impact of only 48 without. I am having fun right now playing with the mod capabilities, and I am experimenting with some new textures and furnishings. I've had my eye on this houseboat for a while and I'm now super happy I finally bought it. Highly recommended!

This is more suitable for a floating low impact home and it looks gorgeous!
I was worried about the high land impact issue when you drive it on the water, but if you know what to do, you can fix the high land impact with some editing if you plan to drive it out in the ocean.
The creator was kind enough to allow you to modify this, so you can shape this to whatever you like :)
Great house. Bad boat.
The land impact of this house boat is 71.
When you drive it and the physics are enabled the land impact shoots up to 387!
This is too much for me to drive around the sailing sims where I live and the only way to fix it is to delete half of the boat.
Kinda defeats the purpose of having a house boat.
