By purchasing and using this .PSD kit, you agree:
-Not to distribute the download link to anyone else - this is a one person license (your own alt accounts are ok, but not avatars controlled by persons other than yourself).
-Not to distribute the kit or any of its textures, for sale or for free, as texture files.
-Not to sell your finished items as full permission.
You CAN use the kit to create textures, upload and apply them to eyes within SL, and sell those eyes in-world or on the marketplace. Acceptable permissions are: copy/mod, mod/trans, or transfer only. The price you set them for is entirely up to you as long as the permissions are never full perm or copy/transfer.
