Works great for under those coats where it's open down to your belly button, and same cost for uploading a texture

I like this blouse. It is not fancy and very cheap. I intend to wear it under a blazer which is really what it is best for.

Nice base underneath clothing, but... no modify!
Considering it's such a basic item, which has equivalents as a freebie elsewhere, and it's mostly for layering (customization) since the mesh revolution, I believe modify would be logical as a right to current use(s).
