Corner Shop is my creation and it is small building (Base is 7m x8m, and its 10m high). It includes small shop and apartment above it. Its mesh 100% with AO maps included (20 untextured and 17 textured AO maps).
Rezzing the buiding: put rezzer on the ground * click on it * pick option rezz * select option finalize * dellete rezzer * enjoy!

Perfect!
A very nice two-story shop. Put two together and you could have four shops to rent out. And he included the textures to make them unique. He also met me in person to let me see the building for myself. Very happy.
