This product is low land impact. Land impact depends on size, but is around 20 in most situations for both models. If u need it to be better lod or less primey msg me in game and we will try to arange somth. AO maps are included.

great staircase.....realistic natural look
I exchanged selfbuild Stairs with these low prim stairs....First I streched these to come to the same height like the old ones....that also strechted the Railing to Avatar Height aswell.....LOL....I used them afterwards in their normal seize and now it looks perfect....everyone is amazed about the Vintage and realistig look....great Job ...I look forward to buy other items aswell.....

Beautiful look
The look I've accomplished with Icaland model mesh is fantastic. The hit box for the stairs will take a total redo if you're OCD about such things.
Just what I wanted
these stair where designed to place against a wall...yes I used these stairs against a prim wall and moved both against a hill and it looks fantastic.....worth the Lindens.
