Ikshu: Altai Maiden Outfit - Garnet

A modest yet elegant Asian two-piece outfit, inspired by the Pazyryk Iron Age people from the Altai plains of Siberia. We know a lot about them today because of the discovery of the famous Ice Maiden, whose outfit this skirt and blouse set is based on.

Possibly a priestess or a storyteller, she died at around the age of 25 and was buried with six horses and two armed bodyguards. She and her men were covered in the most intricate tattoos ever seen on an Iron Age body, with winged snow leopards, horned griffins and vulture-headed stags, her body was a work of art even two and a half millennia later. She was wearing a silk blouse and striped woolen skirt befitting a noble or wealthy woman.

The skirt and blouse can be worn separately, and each comes in three sizes (small, medium, large). The Pazyryk tribal tattoo is included but can also be bought separately.
