The pool created in high quality is perfect for your buildings. Low price.

Looks good, but way too finicky to reccomend for the price.
Pool arrives as phantom, is incompatible with prim water unless you practically gut it, just an unwieldly build. Only the LI gives this pre-build some merit, but I really can't recommend a build this ham-fisted.
