The 211 prim Detailed Houseboat includes Houseboat base, open windows, hinges on shutters, stairs, awnings on all windows (not french doors), life saver, tyres and anchor.
The 135 prim basic houseboat includes housboat base, plainer, closed windows, tyres, awnings on all windows (not french doors) except lower front window and ladders instead of stairs.

Very nice houseboat... Textures are good and also love that I can re-texture if I want. Nice and spacious and easy to move around in unlike others I've seen.

This house boat is absolutely lovely and well worth the lindens :) i think the price is great, considering how wonderful the house is.. Fits in very well with my Bayou themed parcel, Thumbs wayyyy up for this product :)) ... So glad i didnt buy a 9k house now ^^ LOL!

I purchased this boat, and It's Detail is very good, Love the 3 levels, Rezz's easy, easy to set anywhere. Only thing..I wish the front door would stay closed, mine stays open. No complaints overall. I recommend buying this Houseboat to my friends and anyone!
