Unfortunately, it is not possible to always update the list of channels, and personal taste varies greatly. The radio stations are added with a notecard and it is not a problem even for inexperienced users. Further notes on this page of the SL Wiki:

Das Radio hat die Größe eines Mobilphones und kann dadurch unauffällig angebracht oder abgelegt werden. Das Einfügen der Sender ist sehr einfach, man kann eine Kategorie frei festlegen und auch dem Sender einen eigenen kurzen Namen geben. Es funktioniert sehr zuverlässig. Klare Empfehlung!
