Well duhh.. of course the collar tag example isn't suppose to be full perm. The reason why you are provided with the maps so that you can claim yourself as the sole creator.
I think this is a nice , affordable price for a dogtag. I give it 5 kudos
collar shown is not full perm just an example. The tags aren't that great... completely useless to me. I deleted after purchase.
