1. Attachments
-Ironsights: Attaches Standard Ironsights.
-SUSAT: Attaches SUSAT combat optic
-Suppressor: Attaches sound suppressor
-Bayonet: Attaches muzzle-mounted bayonet
-L17A2: Attaches L17A2 40mm Grenade Launcher
Attachment of theL17A2 will remove the suppressor or bayonet, if attached.
-MagGrip: Attaches magazine grip
2. Colors/Colours & Camouflage
-Olive: The traditional olive drab finish
-Black: Tactical black finish
-Tan: Sand-based tan finish for desert environments
-Shark: Menacing, fighter plane inspired shark decal over an olive drab finish
-Urban: Black and gray based digital pattern camouflage
-Desert: Tan and brown based digital pattern camouflage
-Winter: Blue and white based digital pattern camouflage
3. 40mm Ammunition
The optional L17A2 40mm Grenade Launcher has five choices of ammunition.
-M406 HE: Standard high-explosive grenade with a 5.0m kill radius.
-M651 CS: Gas emission grenade for area of denial use. Emits CS Gas for 10 seconds.
Emission starts one second after detonation and covers a 7.5m radius.
Prolonged exposure to the gas is lethal.
-M680: Smoke Canopy grenade that provides 20 seconds of dark gray smoke to hide movement.
-M713: Smoke Indicator grenade for marking targets. Emits a column of red smoke.
Transmits coordinates of target for artillery or air bombardment.
-M1007: Flashbang grenade. Blinds enemies for 10.0 seconds.
The flashbang effect does emit a noise to simulate the effects of a real grenade of this type.
While this noise is not pleasant, it is not shrill or painful to the listener.
4. Visual Effects
-Animations: The specially designed animation system allows you to use your choice of AO with the rifle.
The system works to prevent standard AO's from over-riding the rifle's animations.
Animations can be disabled.
-Particles: The L85A2 features custom particles for muzzle effects and spent casing ejection.
All particles used are low intensity and do not cause latency (lag) or reduce frame rate.
All particles may be disabled should you wish not to use them.

Simply put if you're a Brit you need to own this gun. Its a fantastic rifle with great features.
- Looks
It was sculpted and textured by Hugh Millar so you already know you're not going to be disappointed.The model is dead on accurate to the real thing. The textures are superb. They are clean, crisp and beautiful.
- Features
IT HAS ATTACHMENTS WONDERFUL ATTACHMENTS! While a few of them are mostly for show (such as the MagGrip, SUSAT scope, suppressor, and color changes.) It has a bayonet and grenade launcher.
* The grenade launcher is packed with many different grenades for different situations. But as a whole its a great tool for taking out clusters of people and clearing bunkers from a distance.
* The bayonet is fantastic for stabbing people in the face YEAH!
- Performance
The gun itself is pretty balanced. The spread is fairly tight so its a great medium to long range weapon with a decent rate of fire. While it has a grenade launcher, unlike other companies, its pretty fair. You cannot shoot the grenade launcher while shooting and once the grenade is fired you have to wait while it reloads before you can fire your weapon making it so you cant just run and gun while shooting grenades everywhere.
I have yet to have any problems with the weapon itself as the scripts work great! Its a fantastic rifle and well worth the money.
Bloody Brilliant!
The second I saw the promo for this I knew I would be buying it. The L85 is one of my all time favorite guns. And I can honestly say it did not dissapoint. Like everything Tsume builds, it's designed for the rigours of SL combat. It's low lag, the bullets are efficent, and it's designed with simplicity in mind while still having an abundance of amazing features. Whikle most of the changes are aesthetic they still overall enhance the weapon. (FYI I never stop using the SUSAT sights) The varied array of color schemes fit all combat environments, plus the addition of that epic shark paint scheme. The suppressor does actually effect more than the sound of thebullets believe me and the bayonet actually changed the way the melee works. The underslung L17A2 grenade launcher has multiple choices for ammunition, all of which are highly effective and low lag, that can be used in a variety of situations. The only quam is that the animation seems a little off with the launcher attached. But truly it doesn't detract from the beauty of the rifle in any way. It is a little more expensive than the usual ISA gun, but since it is so jam packed with wonderful extras and extreme details it is well worth it's pricetag. All in all it is yet another wonderful gun in Ironsight Armaments long line of top quality products. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a rifle that is not only pleasing to the eye, but devestatingly effective.
Truly beautiful
Very realistic and very detailed. The grenade launcher is a really fun attachment and the customisation works really really well. All in all, one of the best guns I've bought in SL.

Great looking product, operates very effectively in all situations, good general purpose rifle. Bayonet is a nice bonus.

With out a doubt the best rifle i have ever used. I will be returning for a Second. Very impressive build and even better scripting. This is a top of the line weapon an well worth the money.
