Buy for 1L and own your own land! Terraform and land rights allow you to customize your home the way you want it and set the media, audio and access lists. Use the ground, sky or both..the choice is yours. Both sandy beach and green grass parcels are available.

Our Skybox and ground area homes START at $199L/wk for a fully furnished model with additional prims. Tenants can choose to return any or all of the furniture and will be given the added prims instead to use towards their own items. We have a wide variety of sizes and styles to choose from or bring your own house and rent only the land or platform. We also offer space for commercial use as well which is customized to the tenants needs. If you dont see what you are looking for at the rental offcie please ask as we can probably make it for you.

Homes come with animated furniture including sex beds, cuddle rugs and couches, jacuzzi baths and more. House control panels allow you to open and close the windows, adjust the lights, turn the fireplaces on and off, set the radio station and set the security orb. Tenants have full media rights and can rename their home if they wish.

All Skyboxes are made as private as possible and situated out of sight range of other houses in the sky. 48 choice scenic panoramas surround all houses and most platforms(available upon request)
