This is a large home It has a footprint of 52 X 85 meters. RTP recommends a piece of property no less than 1/4 sim (16,384 sqm). You can probably fit this home on a smaller piece of land but RTP will not be held responsible for land/border related rezzing issues.

When Rezzing this home, Place the box close to the center of your property and a good 15 to 20 meters in the air. Pieces tend to come out of the box as much as 20 meters from the box before moving into place. I don't know why! Ask the creator of the rezzer system! If your box is within that range of a border and the root prim crosses that border, that part of the home may not rez properly and can even be deleted from the rezzer permanently! Then you'll have to pull out a new rezzer.
