This versatile low prim snack bar is modifiable. Just add your own menu and sign, to Version 1. Or use Version 2 for more options. Back wall does not have the menu, and the pillar is plain.
100% mesh with baked textures. Both versions have a land impact of 10. Small foot print - with base 9.2M x 11.4M, without base 6M x 5M
Please note, the build includes 3 stools, no poses included, a menu board and a sign. All other items not included.
